In the 1980s I received reflexology treatments for general health improvements from a practitioner from Mauritius where I believe reflexology originated. I found it effective, immediately making me feel on top of the world. For a while, like you Suzette, I gave reflexology sessions to friends and family. I appreciated this morning's program very much.

EVENT
EVENT CALENDAR On this week’s I Am Alive EVENT CALENDAR we have the following: This Friday August 21st there will be a FREE outdoor Moonlight Cinema, at the Wakefield La Pêche Community Centre. The film Raiders of the lost Ark will be featured. Starts at 8:30 pm on the front lawn. Don’t forget your chairs, blankets and pillows. Bar will be open. Popcorn too! On Sunday August 30th, Loisirs La Pêche, Sports and Recreation is holding a Fair at the Wakefield La Pêche Community Centre from 10am to 4pm in the Great Hall. This event is to bring together all the arts, culture and recreation services, programs and businesses in La Pêche to demonstrate all there is to offer to residents. It is a leisure/culture /recreation fair.
