| While live music has been decimated by COVID-19 that didn’t stop award winning song writer Jessica Pearson from spending time in the studio and creating her haunting melodies with her chilling voice. In fact, she created any entire album and is ready to hit the road when it’s safe. Record Producer Tara Shannon and artist Pearson will be off to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States when COVID protocols allow it. Shannon also co-wrote four of the songs on the album.
The ‘On the Line’ release was completely conceived during COVID-19 and during that time Pearson’s song “Ready My Heart” won “Songs from the Heart” at Folk Music Ontario which has over 83,000 streams on Spotify. | Céleste Lévis a grandi à Timmins en Ontario. La musique fait son arrivée plus tard dans sa vie, suite à de graves problèmes de santé qui obligent la jeune fille à arrêter toute activité sportive. Dans les moments les plus sombres, la musique lui offre une deuxième vie.
Ayant pris goût au métier, l’auteure-compositrice-interprète désire monter sur scène plus que jamais. En 2013, la jeune Franco-ontarienne participe à Ontario Pop, veritable tremplin pour la relève musicale francophone de l'Ontario. Céleste remporte 6 des 8 prix, ce qui lui permet d'accéder au concours Ma Première Place des Arts et d'arriver directement à la demi-finale du Festival International de la chanson de Granby. En 2015, Céleste participe à La Voix et parvient à la demi- finale. | Raised on the Bruce Springsteen catalogue and countless Pearl Jam bootleg concerts, I (Gregory Naufal) started to take the guitar and music seriously in my last year high school. After discovering all things John Mayer in university, I enrolled in formal guitar lessons at the age of 22 and voice lessons/coaching at 23 (my grades were not great, but I was able to obtain an accounting degree).
