"Is It Feasible" T'was the night before the awards and all through the air O'shea had a feeling of unmitigated great cheer the records were set to play on VL through the night but in the back of his mind what words would be said when the category of Reggae came, would they in time speak VL’s name? Ohhh the anticipation only 24 to go until after all these days the world would know. On pins and needles until then am I but regardless of this as long as in your eye Vintage Love keeps you dancin' and romancin’ ‘n ting so for years to come together.. we could sing These great songs… from today And yesteryear VL Playing With Those Memories Again Our best… to bring you good cheer. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Good day everyone. Thank you for tuning into VL tonight. As you know... tomorrow is the big day for the CME Awards in Toronto.. I can say that up until now... I really was'nt nervous about it at all. I considered it just to be an honour to be included in the 3 shows considered for the category of Top Radio Program - Reggae, In my mind I said to myself... This is already a victory and I am so very happy to be acknowledged in this way. So if I am that happy... then regardless of what happens on the 24th, it would be a happy night nonetheless. If VL happens to pull out an upset, then even more ecstatic I would be. So if the lowest level is happy.. then its all good." This was and still is.. my mindset however.... tonight.. or this weekend.. I started to feel a bit nervous. But in 24 hours whatever the outcome is will be known. AND no matter that outcome.. thank you so much to everyone who has taken a moment or 2 to vote and support CKCU and Vintage Love. I have said many times and will say again... there is no VL without you who support the show in many various ways. So thank you for all of your support then, now and hopefully in the future so that we can continue... as one young listener says (ya thats you Zookie) :-) ... to "Keep Spreading Those Peaceful Vibes".
