Good evening and thank you for tuning into Vintage Love tonight and/or checking out the show On Demand. Glad to be with you tonight but oh my goodness... the on-air studio is HOT!!! I am dyin' in here... and I love heat.. as I am sure you have all heard me bemoan the temperatures when they visit such numbers as - 20's and -30's and worse. Anyway, a truly hot night in the studio. A night for lovers on Vintage Love and a hot one for me at the station. Tonights show featured artists such as; Mikey Spice, Ernie Smith, Chalice, The Marvels, the Chosen Few and Cynthia Schloss. A night of loves music for you here on The Mighty Nine Three. Thanks for checking out the show On Demand.. or at least the write up and playlist... and picture you have noted. All I can say is that all of my shows titles and pictures (when I have had time to add) are very much related. This show was called HEAT!!! for a variety of reasons. You can deduce what is going on in the pic from there. ;-)

If that is not enough.... I will paint the picture for you: What happened was, this lady's car broke down and she was pulled off on the shoulder on a hot humid morning. It was a very mosquito infested area so she could not stay outside of the car for long... nor could she wind down the windows as then the mosquito's would enter and harass her for their sweet salve. (Little Draculas I call them). Anyway.. I digress. As she stayed in the car, it became hotter and hotter and more and more uncomfortable for her... so stuffy and sticky and the heat.. my gosh the heat!!! So, in order to cool things down, she decided to change out of her heavy, hot work clothes and into something abit more comfortable. She had luckily brought a change of clothes on her journey and was reaching into the backseat to obtain a pair of shorts and shirt to change into while she waited for CAA to arrive - making bad days good and good days better! She successfully made the swap and waited more comfortably for help to arrive. (Dam mosquitoes). And now you know..... the rest of the story! (Respect to Paul Harvey)
