Thank you for tuning into Vintage Love tonight. Vintage Love pays its final respects to my other show...After Hours, as After Hours approaches its last time on air immediately following this program. Reggae music... an international phenomenon grew from (among other things) African and American music. Reggae artists of yesteryear sang versions of the popular American tunes from Soul and R & B, to Pop and Country..., thus becoming one of the foundations of Reggae music. So, tonight, on the eve of the After Hours finale; a show that predominantly focused on quiet stormish music from these genres... Soul, R&B, etc., Vintage Love goes back to Reggae's interpretation of "others" music. Covers! Many of these songs you may have heard originals of during the last year and a half during After Hours reign. I hope you enjoy the music.. these great songs reinvented in a Reggae style for you tonight.
