Thank you for tuning into VL tonight. I hope you can keep it locked in for the full 2hrs. this evening. It is frigid here tonight... boy... I wish I could broadcast from my house. I was not leavin' for anything.. well except to be here with you. So hopefully you are cozy.. wrapped up at home and we can keep each other company tonight. When the forecast says -32.... wind or no wind. Its hibernating time!!! :-) Anyway, planned for you tonight is a show focusing on Reggae music that came from the UK.. true Lovers Rock for you tonight... to set a warmer tone. Featuring some of the great vocalists of our time, Sandra Cross, Samantha Rose, Janet Kay. Also some fellas on tap tonight.... the late great Sugar Minott, Junior English as well as the legendary group UB40 and many more. Reggae spreads to the world and returns with a bit of a twist...keeping it growing and evolving and of course keeping great vibes in our souls. Tonight we visit the UK and focus primarily on Lovers Rock. I hope you enjoy the show. Stay warm ladies and gentlemen and enjoy the show and the weekend.
