Thank you for tuning into Vintage Love tonight. Happy to be here with you tonight and I hope the show is enjoyed by all. I had a message late this week... a VL family member who asked to play something nice as they had had a rough week. And then another such message and another. Not sure what is going on but hopefully these rough weeks will turn to consistently better ones soon. So, in light of that tonight.... playing the prayer of the late great Garnett Silk, "Splashing Dashing", also Osmond Collins with "I Feel Better" and Jah Cure with "Life We Live"... These tracks especially going out to those of you/us going through hard times. Trust me.. i know. I hope the show helps somewhat. :-) The rest of the show featured (in no particular order) Gyptian, Morgan Heritage, Lauryn Hill and Bob Marley by request for Sam. Also a song for Nina... Randy Valentine covering Justin Biebers' "Sorry" in a Reggae style. Romain Virgo, Barrington Levy and ending the show tonight with some Edi Fitzroy who passed away on March 4th at the young age of 61. Another truly great Reggae singer who has left us... but not left us empty. Lots of music of his to continue to enjoy. So ending off the show tonight with Edi Fitzroy and a song called, "I Cry". Birthday greetings going out to Tishae and the LE who are celebrating. Happy Birthday to you. Wishing you all a great weekend wherever you are around the world.
