That is the exact time I came in from walking Drake; t so I missed the first couple of pieces I believe. Will have to On Demand it later. Hearing the lineup, it's no wonder I loved this record immediately. Thanks for the background on Jane. I must read more about the NASA project!!!

Man, I wish you guys could move to a weekly show format. I have discovered so many artists through your show. Jazz is such an ocean of talent to get exposed to all of the amazing artists, but you have a knack for picking winners every time. The background and insights you bring to the table are the spice and herbs that make your "gumbo" just so incredibly irresistable and satisfying. I love Paul's show too but still............someone could move around maybe. I can dream though........

Jim here. It's a delight having you as an avid listener Neil. Maybe someday we will move to a weekly format, not necessarily in the same time slot. Anyway, we both plan to live to be 100.

Don't think I have ever described a jazz record as "fun". LOL...... and the story of Glitter Wolf even added hilarity to the experience.

Hola Jim and Ron!! Apologies for being late to the party, but we’re fully immersed now in Las Fallas……seems there’s music and singing and dancing and firecrackers at every square and street corner! Muchas muchas gracias for another incredible show. You guys never ever cease to amaze!!! Fabulous music, punctuated with delightful witty commentary…..absolutely love it!! Thank you soooo much for opening up your musical library and lexicon. Add my vote, along with those of my fine fellow listeners, to see your show have a weekly slot. Yes, more work on your parts, but hopefully a labour of love. It would be very much appreciated by your legion of admirers!! We’re off to catch Wagner’s ‘Der Fliegende Hollander’ opera at Les Arts Reina Sofia this Friday……a stunning venue!! Hope to catch youse live on the 23rd, so’s I can also read Neil’s epic posts as they come hot off the press! Adios for now….

Hey Ollie! Thanks for tuning in. We’ll expect a review of THE FLYING DUTCHMAN during our next show! Well, talk about epic posts!!!! Jim and I have talked about the idea of going weekly…we will at some point but not at the moment. Too many moving parts in both our lives to allow INSIDE JAZZ to go weekly at the moment. We wouldn’t want the quality to suffer. But we will…eventually. Thanks for the kind words.
