On January 12 and 14, 1962 the Cannonball Adderley Sextet recorded their first live album in New York. Twenty-one years later Stan Getz and Albert Dailey recorded POETRY on January 12, 1983. Two recordings made more than two decades apart with many contrasts to discuss.
