Last episode we got close to the end of Chapter 16. Agent Nicole showed up to the investigation,; a surprise to the Inspector and his team. Gamache sent Bouvoir out with some of the team to follow up on a few clues they were investigating, he sent Agent Lemieux to do some investigation about “Elle’s” death, and he told Agent Nichol she is not welcome on his team. She apologized for her behavior on the earlier case, and said “But I think I’ve changed. A year in narcotics. She looked into his face to see whether this was making any impact. It wasn’t. Goodbye Agent Nichol. He walked out of the room, put his coat back on and got into his car without looking back.
