Dance to Nature

DANCE TO NATURE Have you ever wondered why your body moves when you listen to music? Or why you feel so good in the great outdoors? Imagine combining these two things together. This is exactly what Alana O’Donnell does. She is a Dance facilitator who has travelled the globe sharing her enthusiasm for Danza a la Naturaleza or in English Dance to Nature, a weekly event where people around the world join in spirit to dance to nature. The benefits go beyond just physical wellbeing. On this episode of I Am Alive Alana gifts us with some amazing creative dance music that you can download legally for free.

Loved the music - I dance at home to Peia with speakers turned up very loud, very often :) Glad to hear some new tunes that are uplifting and inspiring! Also, Alana's website is password protected to we're unable to access any of the pages - please pass this message along to Alana.

Hi Destini! So glad that you enjoyed the music and wonderful to hear about your passion for dance too. It just feels so good, doesn't it? Thank you for your comment about the website, it's actually not yet available, still under construction. But you can find all the information on the Facebook public event page - Dance to Nature/Danser à la Nature, or contact me personally at the information provided on this site. Hope to see you in nature sometime! All the best!
