Re-writing your life

Many of us wish that we had the master script or our lives in our hands and could rewrite our life the way we actually want it. On today's show you will learn how to re-write your life's script with Destini Broom. She will share with us how rewriting one of her stories changed her life. This will be followed by some wonderful mindfulness parenting tips by Destini to help our children create better life stories and happier lives.

As my five year old son, Osha, was listening to the show this morning, he reminded me of something. Not only do we place our hands on our own hearts, or our hands on each others' hearts when connecting at bedtime. In his words : "We do heart to heart too, Mama." :)

Enjoyed this segment on Re-writing your life. It made me think about myself in a different light and how I have been holding onto patterns set down from generation to generation. It gave me hope to think that I can re-write my life script.
