Carter and the Capitals - Carter and the Capitals Canadian New

Carter & the Capitals are a high energy five-piece funk group from Edmonton, Alberta. Known for their signature, hard-driving sound, soulful vocals, and catchy instrumental riffs, the Capitals fuse the most danceable elements of the pop and funk genres. By bottling up deep grooves from their wide range of influences and combining them with tight, snappy arrangements, the band offers its own unique take on Western Canadian funk.

LIFE & DEATH CIRCLE - Hosted by Kim Valentine
The Last Monday of every month @ Arlington Five

Life and Death Circles feature one (very alive) nude model, and a small selection of very well lit, not so alive items. Think wilted plants & flowers, food waste... Arlington Five is a creatively positive, creative space. While in this space we practice body & art positivity.

Your drawing skills are not important.
Your creativity is all that matters.

Rob Lutes - Walk in the Dark Canadian

Rob Lutes's masterful fingerstyle guitar work and soulful voice bring an unmistakable intensity to his live performances. A double Maple Blues Award nominee in 2017 and 2018, and a CFMA winner for Contemporary Singer of the Year for 2018, on his seventh album, Walk in the Dark, he does what he has done for years: kicks up a little dust, wades into some deep waters and tackles the realities of the world with depth, humour and a unique musical style.
