A beautiful day here in the Nations Capital... well at least in comparison to this winter so far. So hopefully we end off this day with some nice music for you to sing and dance to. Tonight's show featured artists such as Carlene Davis, Alton Ellis, the Paragons and some Pat Kelly. We also got into some Lovers Rock towards the end of the show with some Kofi, Cassandra, Paula and Webby J with a cover of, "In The Rain". Some birthday greetings going out this week.... out to Charysse and to Selecta DriDri. Byron Lee & The Dragonaires singing that one for ya. We ended off the show with some Nato, J.C. Lodge and a big cover tune by Richie Stephens with a great song, "I'd Rather".... and yes... I would much rather be in June like Mr. Hart was singing during the weather break. Ohhhhhh... I'd Rather. When will this hell be over?!!?!? Hopefully it will be warm if not hot, well before the Third Of June. Actually the date that I always (well not always.. but since 1996) thought... if I could choose the date to get hitched, I would choose this one.
