The host as always says it's predominantly reggae and he occasionally foes a detour show which we (the VL nation) looks forward to. Its usually a learning experience where we see how many different genres reggae sometimes pull from. Its all love here and good vibes. You're right, the awesomeness of the couple is quite high. But as with all couples, they have to work hard everyday to keep that harmony and compatibility going. There are always bumps in the road to overcome. But it's a beautiful thing to see when couples are in-tune and attuned to each other. I'm wishing upon a star that you'll have that as well!:-)

Easy like Sunday morning tunes
Just made some cornmeal porridge and I thought of you! 'Cause I know you like, hominy, peanut porridge and cornmeal porridge. (What better way to enjoy porridge than with VL - Midnight Maurauder in the background). I think I've played the Detour Theme about three times since morning. Even my 10 year old is humming along. Love the voices of Etta, Yolanda, Natalie Cole....sooothing tunes!!(Now I'm listening to Ms. Adams for the third time around... soothing). Thanks for including her on the playlist. (Thoughtful DJ.. including a little bit of everything on the playlist!). Great show!
