We open the show by listening to two new songs from Suzie Ungerleider - who many have known for years by her stage name Oh Susanna. I learn about some formative years in Suzie's life spent in Montreal, and this is a revelation after working with Suzie over the years and interviewing her many times. We also talk about her decision to drop her stage name Oh Susanna and the racism expressed in the song of that title. We talk about the guitar sounds on the new album, the group's song writing and recording process and about the frustrations of putting out a new album when the band cannot tour to support it.
