Hartmut HEYCK in conversation about his great grandfather Wilhelm JENSEN (1837-1911), who was a widely read 19th c. novelist, and who is still known as the author of 'Gradiva'. About this book Sigmund FREUD wrote his famous study 'Delusion and Dream in Jensen's Gradiva ("Der Wahn und die Träume in W. Jensen's Gradiva" (1907).)
Hartmut HEYCK has stranslated two of Wilhelm JENSEN's novellas, which Freud had also read, and about which Jensen and Freud have had a correspondence.
