The Resonance Label has issued a number of historical live recordings such as the debut 1966 recordings of the Thad Jones / Mel Lewis Orchestra at the Village Vanguard, the Charles Lloyd quartet live at Slugs' Saloon in 1965, the Bill Evans trio live at Art D'Lugoff's Top of the Gate in 1968, the Jimmy Giuffre trio at Judson Hall in 1965 and John Coltrane live at Temple University in 1966. These recordings are now available for the first time.
