A Special Record and a Special Concert...
In 2014 Jack DeJohnette, John Scofield, John Medeski, Larry Grenadier played together for the first time at the Woodstock Jazz Festival. They would go on to record their first recording - HUDSON - together as a group in January of 2016. They would go on to tour together in the summer of 2016. They played the Ottawa International Jazz Festival on June 24. Ron attended that concert. Today he reminisces about that magical evening and play the entire record - all four sides!
