Today we have a chat about life and art with Ottawa's own Steve Marriner! This Juno Award winning multi-instrumentalist and songwriter has been a working musician since his days roaming the halls of Glebe Collegiate. Perhaps best known for his band MonkeyJunk (with Tony D and Matt Sobb) Steve has also worked with such luminaries as Harry Manx and Colin James, all while touring the world. He is set to release his 2nd solo record Hope Dies Last in 2021. We talk about his descent into the madness of music production, chat about his new songs and all of the amazing influences in his life that led him to where he is today. We debut a few new tracks from said new record. Jordan also takes us to a mystical new realm on another episode of Jordy's Field Trip.
