Since ancient times music has been used to evoke emotions and feelings, but music is more than that. The sound waves produced in music has a much greater physiological and psychological effect than we would have ever believed. Scientific equipment such as MRI scans are now able to decipher just how much music can affect our brain and how these discoveries lead us to a better understanding of MUSICAL MEDICINE.
