THE NOW EXPERIMENT
Most of us are sleepwalking, rarely are we truly present to the now moment, to what is truly happening in our lives. The past and the future do not exist in the now. In the now moment all that exists is you, the real you that is not dreaming, but is actually alive and living. What is it like to be totally focused on the now, to fully experience each moment as it happens.
On this show of I Am Alive we are going to do just that. Be here now fully savouring each moment as it passes. We will decide each moment what happens next, not with the mind, but with our inner gut feeling of what should happen next. To help us with this task, non less than the King of the Now, Eckhart Tolle. We will listen to his words of wisdom on Youtube, read passages from his books, The Power of Now and Stillness Speaks, and be inspired to live for one hour in his shoes.
