We are so fortunate to have CKCU's Jeff Larocque--host of Just Cause (heard every second Thursday 7:00 a.m.). Jeff is organizing his last Big Bike ride in aid of Heart and Stroke Foundation. Jeff will tell us about the ride, how it raises money for HSF Canada and a challenge by comedian Michael Lifshitz. Stay tuned to hear about a worthy cause, some good music, news from the disability community and some great tunage!
