Dean is a former athlete and is currently the Director of an organization at Carleton University called the READ Institute "Research, Education, Accessibility and Design". In a perfect world....all hotels, motels will have roll-in showers and do away with the tubs. Some of the newer hotels are putting in showers where a bathub used to be but only in a few units. It should become the universal standard, especially as our population ages.
