Hi Gang, Sorry I missed the show today. Will listen later. Wanted to give a shout out to a dad I met the other day in my Running Room Half Marathon training group. He lost 100 lbs and took up a healthy lifestyle when he became a Dad. He will make his son very proud and has served as an inspiration to all. Way to go healthy dad!!!
