Kunder’s brand new album, Better Human, is due out June 29th (Comino Music). It features lead single, Fight For Time This is Ben’s sophomore album, and sees him digging into various themes about searching for balance in our lives. Ben is a Toronto-based singer/songwriter. Better Human (2018, independent) was produced alongside Aaron Goldstein at Baldwin Street Sound. Guests include Oh Susanna, Jim Guthrie, Paper Bird/Bahamas singer Carleigh Aikins, Sarah McDougall, Ladies of the Canyon’s Maia Davies and Anna Ruddick, Arkells drummer Tim Oxford and keyboardist Anthony Carone, violinist Drew Jurecka, and Wintersleep drummer Loel Campbell, among others. |

The Winds and Kelly took up the cause, and the Winds became a driving force behind keeping the momentum going and turning a single benefit into an ongoing series of concerts and CD. A second concert took place April 21 at Luneta Bistro with Angie and Louise Arsenault, Kristine St-Pierre, Sophia Radisch and Meg La Grand. It was here that the CD project was born and the first CD produced with tracks from Andrea Ramolo, Angela Saini, Angie Arsenault, Jenny MacDonald, and mofre. She’s Listening 2018 was bigger than ever with shows in Ottawa, Hamilton, Toronto. Kitchener and Vancouver. For 2019, Edmonton. Winnipeg and PEI are on the radar. |
