Mary Fehr and Sarah French on their bike journey across Canada to help women entrepreneurs in Ghana! Meet two inspiring women: Sarah French and Mary Fehr. They returned from MEDA internships wanting to get more involved in MEDA's mission, creating business solutions to poverty. This summer, they are biking across Canada, raising $175,000 to empower women entrepreneurs in Ghana through MEDA's GROW (Greater Rural Opportunities for Women) project. Bike to GROW starts May 18 in Victoria, BC and ends September 5 in Leamington, ON. MEDA is an international economic development organization whose mission is to create business solutions to poverty. |
