Weekend Recap then looking ahead: Graydon James & The Young Novelists played The BlackSheep Sunday. Shannon Rose and the Thorns opened. Sarah Smith opened for Amanda Rheaume at The Blacksheep on Saturday night. Sarah Smith, formerly of The Joys, rocked the house. Greg Ashley played the Dominion Tavern Sunday, along with The John Brothers Piano Company. David Newberry played a couple of spots around Ottawa in March. He'll be back! Tara Holloway has a show at The Atomic Rooster, Sat. Apr. 19th, 4 - 8pm, no cover. The Ottawa Grassroots Festival April 25 - 27, James Keelaghan Headlining House of Targ opens Thursday, April 17th. 4 - 9pm for supper. Two sets by Pup, 10pm and 12:30pm. First album released April 8th, 2014 - last Tuesday.
