| Event Horizon is a collaboration between Greg Cohen (a sought after bass player, collaborating with everyone from Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson to Laurie Anderson and John Zorn) and Randi Pontoppidan ( Danish vocalist, improviser and composer who has worked with Paul Hillier, Else Torp, Theatre of Voices among many others). Cohen and Pontoppidan recorded ‘Space Geode’ on one November day in a dark room in Berlin called The Funkhaus, once the headquarters for East Berlin Radio. |
