Starting out prog-wise, moving into a post-rock-ier line, then a nod to Doom-metal before finishing with a local gem, live Nero! I had intended to play a Chant Records feature (again - last time it was my home computer not working). Deepest and most Humble Apologies to Chant Records Bret Higgins’ Atlas Revolt and Midwood! I could not get the digital feed to the board working!
Starting out with a look at Italy's Goblin and their 1976 release, 'Roller'. Mostly noted for film soundtrack work, their studio LPs are very good. They record to this day, releasing a studio LP in 2015.

Aquaman Goblin - Roller
Goblin Goblin - Roller
From the same year as the Goblin LP, from Quebec, the magnum opus of Morse Code, the 20-minute epic and title track to their LP 'Procreation'.
Procreation Morse Code - Procreation
Now into another 'proggy' offering... but with an eye to getting more 'current'... maybe a bit heavier...
Anonymous Focus - In and Out of Focus
Live II Papir - Live at Roadburn
OK, for the moment, we're in the present day... in Ottawa no less!
Guru Meditation Reverb Syndicate - Odyssey
Dragonfly Mahogany Rush - IV
Deepest Night Scattered Clouds - First Empire
Mind Mapping Butterflies and Zebras - S/T

Blind Goddess of the 9 Plagues Loviatar - S/T
Light at the Speed of Sound. High Watt Electrocutions - Desert Opus
Deepest and most Humble Apologies to Chant Records Bret Higgins’ Atlas Revolt and Midwood! Alas, I cannot, for the life of me, get the digital audio to play back on the computer.... so Frustrating!! Next time, promise!! In the meantime, a release from about 15 years ago from local band Nero, so great trio neo-psych/jam material!
Darius Nero - Soon
Mikomard Nero - Soon
Downside Up/Basheeba/Downside Up Nero - Soon
Four-oh-One Theme Nero - Soon
