Online Therapy Unit of the University of Regina: The Wellbeing For Spinal Cord Injury Course: Dr. Swati Mehta is a winner of the prestigious Royal Society of Canada's Alice Wilson Award for her postdoctoral work on improving access to, and studying the effectiveness of, mental health services for persons with spinal cord injuries. The award is given yearly to three women of outstanding academic qualifications in the Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, or Science who are entering a career in scholarship or research at the postdoctoral level.
