A retrospective of releases received in 2012. While in some years I've put a focus on new releases, 2012 was a year of themes and digging deeper into the tradition. For that reason I'm not singling any 2012 records out as gold star yet; there are still a few releases I'd like to put my hands on before making a final selection. Nevertheless, there are many worthy contenders already received that are featured in today's playlist. Happy new year to all MFTG listeners, and all the best for 2013.
