Thank you for tuning into Vintage Love on Saturday and night and for checking out the show On Demand.
This show, a Well-Seasoned people music show for tonight... heavily influenced by the rain, thunder and lightning that passed through just as I was planning the show. So as things went it became a mix up of requests, Caribbean artists as well as R&B and Soul singers all dashed together. Partially a detour show but not really... somewhere stuck in between. In any event, however you want to label it or not, good music that I hope you enjoyed or will enjoy if you are about the press the big blue button above.
From a conversation with a friend earlier in the day.... it kept re-playing in the back of my mind. O'shea... you started this thing.. this Vintage Love Movement, on your own. Which is sort of true... but with help along with the way from many people, including those who have donated over the 11yrs we have been on air. It is truly a remarkable thing. I dont usually think on these things.. but sometimes for a brief moment.. I harken back to the beginning and the seed was me.... while the water and fertilizer and sunshine was you.
Thank you for the gift of these 11yrs no matter what tomorrow holds. It is truly an awesome thing when I think of it.
More than you know... and I try to say it frequently from a place of thankfulness... I thank each and every one who has helped keep this show alive, even by the minutest of things to the largest.
Without question or hesitation... I thank you for continuing to care for this little seed that now has grown, because of you. THANK YOU!!
