Oh yeah - I used to go to sessions (dance halls) listening to the great Beres - everyone partnering and "scrubbing" to the music. Can't wait to next week in Bermuda to go to the Beres Hammond show - Tour starts in BDA! I will not be putting up a resistance - let it flow!

Enjoyed the show last night. Some of the early Beres songs I haven't heard before, but they really showcases Beres as an undoubtedly accomplished singer. I especially liked "Got to get away". His voice is just uncomparable in this song...great tune!

Yes, Beres has sooo much music that I didnt want to just play only the hits that we all know. I really wanted to go back and play some of the less known Beres chunes.. while, of course, also playing the classics that we can all sing each word to.

Truly though, he has so much music, I could do shows.. as Bahamas indicated above.. part 2 through part 10. There was so much more I wanted to fit in on Sat. nights show but... Thank you Xoxo.... It was hard to pick as he does have so many hits. I was joking with someone this week that it would take 4 shows or more to get through all the hits farless the less known tunes. Although this was a nice show and I would truly enjoy a part 2, I'm still waiting for the part 2 of the lovers show u did a few months back....still my favorite vintage love show this year. It was a great show...your friend who requested it needs to request the follow-up!! ;)
