Good morning Mike. It is always a delight to turn on my radio Saturday Morning and realize I had forgotten it was your weekend hosting. Especially when the first thing I hear is a lovely cover of Gordon Lightfoot's, Early Morning Rain, one of his best.

Thanks Neil. A Painter Passing Through is from the late-1990s, fairly recent for a Lightfoot song.

Well thanks man. As you well know, some songs just touch your heart, and that is one of his that does that for me, so it was a real treat to discover it today thinking I had heard his entire discography. Perhaps i just forgot it. Old man blues lol.

"Dark Ages" by Eliza Gilkyson is the perfect song for this day of No Kings protests. Personally, I don't worry about Trump wanting to be a king as much as I worry about him wanting to be be an absolute dictator.
