Gaye Taylor talks about an event she is organizing: a Children's Rally for Action on Climate Change. The rally, which will take place on Parliament Hill on Saturday morning, June 7, is intended to encourage today's politicians to think about future generations. Leigh Thorpe is an organizer of Jane's Walk, taking place in Ottawa and Gatineau on May 3 and 4, with opening talks on May 1 and 2 -- see www.janeswalkottawa.ca. Hassan Husseini is running for the leadership of the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) which holds its convention in Montreal in May.
