We talk to classical composer Gity Razaz and singer-songwriter William Prince (both artists will be at the National Arts Centre next week)

We open the show today in conversation with Iranian-American composer Gity Razaz. Her new work, Methuselah (In Chains of Time), will be performed by the National Arts Centre Orchestra in a Canadian premiere next Wednesday and Thursday (February 7 and 8.) We talk about her work as a composer, how it ties to her visual art and what it's like handing over a brand new piece of work to five different orchestras to bring into the world for all of us to hear.
