We open the show in conversation with Nora Kelly. Nora was formerly a member of Montreal's gritty rock trio Dishpit, and during the pandemic lockdowns created the Nora Kelly Band to explore alt-country music. The group is going to release its debut album Rodeo Clown on August 25th so you get a world radio premiere of the album on the show today. We talk to Nora about her switch to country and the mix of fun and serious themes on the album.
