Chris Murphy of Sloan and Tuns, talks about the latest album from Tuns and the group's show on Saturday, Dec. 18th at Club SAW.

Today a great conversation with Chris Murphy, who is a member of one of Canada's finest rock bands - Sloan - and a member of pop-rock trio Tuns. Chris will be appearing with Tuns at Club SAW on Saturday night, December 18th. Tuns also includes Mike O'Neill (The Inbreds) and Matt Murphy (The Super Friendz and The Flashing Lights) and throughout the interview Chris talks about how much he enjoys working with these two musicians and he also compares that to working with his bandmates in Sloan. It's an insightful and far-reaching interview about the process of making great pop-rock music and the importance of group dynamics in the creative process. Chris talks about some of the musical influences on Tuns (believe it or not.. Led Zepplin's "Achilles Last Stand") and let's us know why we need to watch the new documentary on the Beatles.
