The Guest List
Thursday February 25th, 2021 with Joe Reilly
An interview with Spencer Burton about his new album Coyote and lots of great songs from the album.

Today we check in with singer-songwriter Spencer Burton about his new album Coyote. The album has a strong country vibe to it, and Spencer explores a lot of interesting themes about the environment, the past and the future. Spencer talks to us about recording in Nashville, nostalgia and how a series of encounters with a coyote on his farm helped him arrive at the title for the album. Check out Spencer's music at his Bandcamp site and get more information about Spencer at his website. https://spencerburton.bandcamp.com/album/coyote https://www.spencerburtonmusic.com/ Burton has always been strongly connected to the natural world, carrying with him an insatiable wanderlust and deep respect for nature. Fittingly, he has partnered with Ontario Nature on a special promotion. $10 from the sale of every eco-friendly, Canadian-made fleece crewneck sweater will be donated to the Ontario-based conservation organization. This item can be purchased on its own or as a bundle with the vinyl album pre-order. Also available is an exclusive Dine Alone version of the LP, and an original artwork test press.
