Steve Dawson is in Ottawa on Wednesday, May 18 at Irene's. The master of Canadian roots music has a great new album out called,Solid States and Loose Ends. We talk about his love of all kinds of roots music and how he doesn't really compartmentalize it into genres at all... it's just music to Steve. We also talk about working with the amazing rhythm section of Gary Craig on drums and John Dymond on bass and how he breaks his songs down for solo concerts when he's on the road on his own.
