Great songwriters on the show today... however briefly re: Corb Lund!! Rae Spoon's new album is called Armour. They will be performing at Pressed on the 26th of February. We talked to Rae from their home in Victoria before the big tour kicks off and talked about how growing up queer and trans has becoming a significant part of their art/music of late and the new electro pop sounds of Armour. http://www.raespoon.com/ Jim Bryson is releasing his first album in 5 years next week with some gigs in Stittsville. It's a super album called "Somewhere We Will Find Our Place." We talk about the time between records and the impact of Jim's domestic life on his work amongst other things.
