The Ottawa Folk Festival is the last festival of the summer. With seven stages and lots of free events in addition to the ticketed concerts, there's a lot to enjoy. At Folkfest tonight, Jill Zmud (8:15 pm) and The Noisy Locomotive (7 pm). Both artists will give the Guest List a call. Singer-songwriter Kaleigh Watts releases her delicately constructed first CD Saturday Sept. 13 at the NAC Fourth Stage. Kaleigh chats about the project. Californian soul man, Nick Waterhouse is out on the long road. He plays Mavericks in Ottawa on Monday, Sept. 15. Nick Waterhouse phones in from somewhere over the borderline.
