Kate Tucker and the Sons of Sweden will be appearing at Zaphod Beeblebrox on Friday, September 5th. We talk to Kate about the group's awesome harmonic pop songs (she writes on an electric guitar)and her poetic lyrics. Monomyth brings the music of the group's new album Saturnalia Regalia! to Pressed on September 16th - so you have lots of time to plan to go see them perform their great mix of pop and psychedelic sounds. (Unfamiliar with the band - think Television, Built To Spill and the Church!) We talk to Josh about influences on the music he makes with the band - including long bus rides to school as a kid!! Also we get the lowdown on what the band is reading while on the road - you can decide if Josh was being serious or pulling our legs!?! Get out and see some live music this week!
