From The Penguin Guide To Jazz On CD: "For all its cosmic subtexts, Visions is remarkably restrained, with Ra playing some of his most intimate & earthbound piano. Once considered a minor classic (& certainly Dickerson's most play-listed record), it has lost a lot of it's original sheen". Hmm . . .
