Local musician Doug Martin’s new CD Spirit of Survival

Tonight, in this second week of the CKCU-FM funding drive, we will have the pleasure to have local musician Doug Martin in the studio to talk about his second CD, Spirit of Survival. This CD is based on the same principle as the first one, a travelling experience. The first CD was based on travelling in Europe’s historical cities that are loaded with culture. The second CD is based on experiences in Cuba that includes playing at the Havana Jazz Festival. Expect some fascinating chain of events stories that all lead to composing originals for the CD.
