The Montreal avant-garde Jazz scene is very active. Week after week, there is a constant flow of improvised music concerts in at least a half-dozen venues, something you would expect only in cities like New York or Berlin. As usual, this intensity of activity, sooner or later attracts lots of musicians from other cities or countries. Tonight we will focus on the case of Toronto trumpeter Elwood Epps that will be in the studio and talk about his integration and contribution into the Montreal scene.
