A Tale Of Two Desert Island Records
Most people who enjoy music are inclined at some time or other to take stock of the recordings they love and make their own personal Desert Island List. It represents the albums that one could not live without and, in some small way, stands as a monument to the music they love. Tonight Ron plays two records that are on his Desert Island List that happen to be by the same musician - Eberhard Weber. On the show you will hear, in their entirety, SILENT FEET (recorded in November of 1977) and LATER THAT EVENING (recorded in March of 1982). Eberhard Weber leads two ensembles made up of different musicians that you will hear on glorious vinyl, one side at a time! The way it was meant to be heard.
