Chico O’Farrill and Dizzy Gillespie reunited at Camp Fortune 55 years ago (August 3, 1969)
55 years ago this week, Chico O’Farrill reunited with Dizzy Gillespie at Camp Fortune for a concert featuring the Aztec Suite and Algo de Fumar. Tonight’s show will recreate that concert as well as showcasing the Afro-Cuban jazz music of O’Farrill and Gillespie
