We've got 4 cuts from the new album, and a brief career overview of this Toronto band, whose accomplishments before the age of 30 are striking. John Coltrane's "A Love Supreme" has long been considered the pinnacle of spiritual and modal jazz. But a live version of the suite? Thanks to an audience recorded tape from 1965 in a small club in Seattle with a capacity of 275 people, you can hear this intense performance as we've never heard before - twice as long as the studio version, and with three additional musicians, notably Pharoah Sanders.
